Our Facebook page is a resource to interact with other parents and grandparents who have children on the spectrum.  There are discussions on recipes for the GFCF diet, suggestions for additional helpful links, and tricks of the trade given by others in the community.  If you need help, then post.  If you have advice, then pass it on.....someone could use it.

It isn't easy, but our children are counting on us to do our best everyday.
